This Maxi T-Shirt Dress Is Wrinkle-Proof, Per Shoppers

Now that we’re halfway through summer, I have to admit that I’m feeling a bit burnt out fashion-wise. Between moving apartments, traveling every weekend, and dealing with New York City’s heatwaves, I have little energy left for getting myself dressed. 

Enter: the T-shirt dress. Perfect for days when you can’t be bothered to pick out a matching top and bottoms, T-shirt dresses are an easy way to instantly look put-together without much thought. To cure my fashion woes, I’ve been hunting for breezy, throw-on dresses, and I recently came across this popular maxi style. According to reviews, the maxi is vacation-friendly, too. Aside from being practical and comfortable, this style is also ageless. I’m 23 years old, but I could easily see my 43-year-old mom, a maxi dress connoisseur, rocking this style. She packs breezy frocks like this one for practically every trip, often pairing them with flip-flops and a one-piece bathing suit underneath. As I’m writing this, I’m even wearing a maxi dress that I snagged from her closet, so it’s safe to say that wearing a long T-shirt dress spans generations.
