City centre road closures remain in place and water supply issues are ongoing following a burst mains in Sheffield.
Sheffield City Council said diversions were still in place around Cumberland Street and Eyre Street after the leak caused water to gush on to the streets on Tuesday.
Yorkshire Water said properties in the S2, S3, S6, S7, S8, S10 and S11 postcode areas were initially affected by no or low pressure and some customers were still experiencing issues.
It said work was ongoing but the repair was “taking longer than planned for some of our customers.”
