Jollibee is proud to partner with ultramarathon runner and Guinness World Record holder Natalie Dau as she sets another record by traveling 1000 km across the Philippines on foot, passing iconic landmarks, interacting with communities, and engaging in charity activities along the way.
The Jollibee mascot joined Natalie as she kicked off her 1000 km run last April 21 in Santa Ana, Cagayan.
Project 1000 in the Philippines marks Natalie’s second 1000 km ultramarathon, following her successful run through Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore last year. This event serves not only as an athletic challenge but also as a platform to raise awareness and support for charities dedicated to empowering women and girls.
On April 21, Natalie kicked off the run in Santa Ana, Cagayan, joined by everyone’s best friend, Jollibee. Several branches across North Luzon served as quick stops for Natalie and her team, who enjoyed their favorite meals. On Day 5, they had a heartwarming visit to Jollibee Narvacan in Ilocos Norte, where students from Ta-yac Elementary School experienced a special Jollibee Kids Party.
“I want you to experience a fun party that only Jollibee can offer. I hope you enjoy all the great food and have a fun day,” Natalie shared with the children during the celebration.
The Jollibee Kids Party featured exciting games and a special performance by Jollibee and Hetty, which thrilled Natalie and the children. Participants received loot bags and exciting prizes, adding to the overall joy of the event.
“We’re delighted to partner with Natalie for Project 1000, as we have always sought to support initiatives that align with our values. This partnership allows us not only to continue bringing joy to underserved communities, but also celebrate resilience and determination, and the power of working together to create a positive impact in the community,” shared Dorothy Dee-Ching, VP-Marketing of Jollibee Philippines.
Natalie will continue her journey through Zambales and Bulacan over the next few days. Her final stop will be at Jollibee’s milestone 1000th store, located on Triangle Drive in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Jollibee, like Natalie, is dedicated to spreading joy and inspiration to communities nationwide. Their partnership transforms every kilometer of Natalie’s run into a celebration of resilience, purpose, and joy.
