That’s down to Brian Clark, Northern Belle’s celebrated director of food and beverages, who prides himself in sourcing only the very finest ingredients.
He then prepares culinary masterpieces with the same attention to detail as when he cooked in some of the world’s top restaurants and hotels for royalty and rock superstars like Madonna and Sir Rod Stewart.
It is unbridled luxury all the way from the moment passengers step on board on a red carpet before a liveried steward hands them their first glass of champagne.
Our competition winner will receive a voucher worth £990 (£495 per person) for two people to travel on the Northern Belle. They can choose to top this up to travel on any trip subject to availability this year or in 2026. There is no cash equivalent.
