Cleanse and detox this weekend…without feeling hungry!
Don’t have big plans this weekend? Well, you do now! Prioritizing your health is one of the best things you can do any day of the week, but we especially like to take the weekends to reflect, refresh, and reset before starting a new week. A weekend cleanse provides an excellent opportunity to check in with your body and jump start your diet or health goals.
While you are cleansing and flushing out nasty toxins, you can flush out fat, too! The best part about this weekend cleanse diet is that with Skinny Ms. cleanse and detox recipes, you can purify your body while still enjoying every meal. All of our detox recipes are made with whole foods, not just liquids—which means you won’t feel deprived and you won’t be starving yourself. Try our weekend cleanse diet and feel fantastic by Monday!
