The two-day hearing, held in Sheffield last week, was told PC Nield denied both allegations.
One of the allegations related to a call-out on 1 January 2023 when a woman dialled 999 to report she had been assaulted by her partner and her partner’s father, who has dementia.
Upon arrival, PC Nield was informed of three alleged assaults.
The panel said despite each of them amounting to an allegation of domestic abuse within South Yorkshire Police’s policy, PC Nield did not record the incident as a crime and decided to close it.
The panel concluded the subsequent entry of the incident was false and misleading and only made reference to one allegation of assault.
PC Nield also failed to complete a domestic abuse, stalking, harassment and honour-based violence assessment.
