Blenkin & Co Lettings has announced that Richard Waterton has joined their team as a senior property consultant.
Mr Waterton has 10 years of experience at Foxtons in London, where he worked in the head office focusing on business development and lettings.
The firm believes he has ‘considerable knowledge’ gained through many years with London’s leading agent, which will be used to ‘enhance an already strong team.’
Mr Waterton said: “Blenkin & Co Lettings has set the standard in the region, and I’m delighted to be an integral part of their team.
“Blenkin & Co already excels in communication, presentation and delivery and now we are harnessing technology to streamline the business and bring tangible benefits and better protections to every landlord and tenant.”
Mr Waterton will be dividing his time between the firm’s Marygate office in York and the Land Rover Defender ‘Mobile Command Centre’ which covers the whole of Yorkshire.
He has already made the move from London to North Yorkshire to set up home with his fiancé
Mr Waterton will be working alongside co-founders and ARLA members Edward Hartshorne and Jennifer Marsden, who is also a regional executive.
In 2024, Blenkin & Co Lettings were awarded ‘Best Small Agent’ at The Yorkshires in Leeds.
