Leeds United fans might well have a new music star to back
Leeds United has received support from a rising music star during his appearance at a major festival in the city.
Scottish singer-songwriter Kerr Mercer recently appeared at the new Roundhay Festival in Leeds. He was on the bill during the night headlined by his friend, megastar, Lewis Capaldi.
Backstage, Kerr was seen flexing the new Leeds United yellow away shirt backstage at the event’s Roundhay Park home. Kerr, known for songs Alcohol and Terrified, said: “Leeds is brilliant. My manager is a huge, huge Leeds United fan so I’ve been down for games and been here quite a few times. Also, it is a brilliant night out. A brilliant night out.”
