Attention is turning to Leeds Festival 2027 after another massive weekend at Bramham Park
Leeds Festival 2027 tickets have been revealed as the event’s boss teases plans for next year’s edition.
Leeds Festival, and its twin event Reading Festival, took place over the bank holiday weekend. We saw thousands of people head to Bramham Park for the party.
The team stated that they intended the all UK and Irish headline bill, the festival’s first in 26 years, to be a powerful statement of the depth, diversity and global influence of music from these islands. Charli xcx, Dave, Fontaines D.C, Raye, Chase & Status and Florence + The Machine all appeared – additionally Kasabian topped-the-bill as the festival’s first ever Thursday night headliners.
Melvin Benn, managing director of Festival Republic, which oversees the festivities, said: “I could not be prouder of what the team have achieved this year. They have transformed the vision behind Reading and Leeds, setting out a bold pathway for the future and delivering the biggest festival in Europe this summer.
“From the strength of the headliners – all-British and Irish – to the transformation of the sites at both Reading and Leeds, to the expansion of our new-music offering, we have set down a marker in the British cultural landscape. The reaction from our audiences, artists, and partners has been incredible, and we can’t wait to share our plans for 2027.”
We’ve chatted to Melvin Benn with our feature touching on next year and how he, and his team, go about booking headline acts. You can find out more here.
