Jason Kelce’s Daughter Benny Has the Perfect Toddler Response to NFL Question

Bennett “Benny” Kelce doesn’t seem interested in following in her dad’s ESPN correspondent footsteps.

The 2-year-old daughter Jason Kelce and Kylie Kelce made an impromptu appearance, of sorts, on her dad and uncle Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast on Wednesday, May 21, after getting put in time out.

“Benny’s in time out right now,” Jason told Travis as they discussed potential NFL rule changes while Benny could be heard crying in the background. “Benny, are you okay? You don’t like the rule change either? You think the division winner should keep their home game, right? Yeah. Yeah, I think she thinks that. Benny, do you want to help out with the rule changes? Come here, sweetie.”

Benny didn’t show up on camera, but Uncle Travis noted, “She might be the smartest 2-year-old ever if she agrees with this.”

“She’s probably better at deciding all this stuff than everybody else deciding it,” Jason quipped of the NFL team owners.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center then tried to ask Benny for her thoughts on the team’s controversial “Tush Push” move, which is currently up for debate.

“Benny, what do you think about the Tush Push? Should the Eagles be allowed to do the Tush Push?” Jason asked his daughter.

“I’m in time out,” Benny replied simply.

“You’re in time out? Yeah,” Jason acknowledged before asking, “Should the NFL be in time out for proposing banning the Tush Push? No? Okay, you’re not being any fun right now.”

Benny is the third of Jason and Kylie’s daughters, alongside sisters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, and newborn Finn, 1 month. She is known for her big feelings, especially when it comes to welcoming baby Finn.

For the family’s cute pregnancy announcement, Benny wore matching “big sis” sweaters with her siblings, openly weeping in the photo.

“I feel like we captured a very accurate representation of how each of the girls feel about getting another sister. At least Ellie, mom and dad are on the same page! 🤷‍♀️” Kylie captioned the funny pic at the time.

Earlier this month, Jason spoke with PEOPLE on the red carpet at the Amazon Upfront event in New York City and was asked how his older daughters are adjusting to becoming older siblings to their baby sister Finnley.

“They’re getting there. I think the older two right away,” the dad of four said. “They love trying to…They like being like mom, and they like being around the newborn.”

“Our youngest, Benny, she took some warming up, but she’s starting to get there, so that’s been good,” added Jason.
