MORNING
Each of our venues are connected by the River Don – they’re an important part of daily and seasonal life – you’ll find The Chimney House on the edge of the historic Mill Race (the goit) in Kelham Island – and on a lucky day – you’ll spot kingfishers and dippers along the waterways. There’s a beautiful walk – the Five Weirs – a wildlife haven which takes you on a lesser trod path of Sheffield in and around the Salmon Pastures nature reserve – just set back from the busy hum of the city.

On a sunny day – grab a seat in Victoria’s courtyard for a coffee and a cocktail and have a wander around the neighbourhood – always with an eye on reclaim and recycling – we love The Kelham Flea and the antique jewels shop on Burton Road. There’s a beautiful monthly outdoor inner city flower market hosted in the wonderful regeneration project Grey to Green close by to Kelham Island for a dose of florals and live music.
EVENING
We host Supper & Sounds at Victoria which invites musicians to play during dinner come along for cocktails and a custom feasting menu – before – in the summer months – heading up to Park Wood Springs – a wild space – reclaiming its natural state just above Victoria – an incredible open parkland, historic heathland and ancient woodland for the best views out over Sheffield – and insane starry night vistas.

Outside of Neepsend and Kelham – Mow’s on Arundel Street is Sally’s city centre outpost. A tiny coffee hangout – designed in our trademark style of reclaim and reuse. Famous for a tip top range of speciality coffee and the best bakes from the best bakeries in the city.
Don’t Miss in 2025
At Victoria – watch out for an exciting programme of Movement Club – hosted by a master of movement in The Chapel and often accompanied by brunch. Jazz in The Clubhouse spills out into the Courtyard during the Summer months for margaritas from the alfresco bar and something from the grill.
At The Mowbray – snap a ticket up for The Great Sheffield Roast or a monthly Supper Club – the food is hyper seasonal and made from scratch – cooked on fire ‘Up on the Roof’, the first floor terrace with a gorgeous roof bar surrounded by British garden flowers – always a favourite for dreamy wedding photos!
Now in its fifth year, Get Together has earned a reputation as one of the best festivals for original and independent music, art, food and drink. For 2025, the festival returns to Kelham Island and Neepsend for a music takeover on May 17. welcometosheffield.co.uk
