The official dress code for the 2024 Met Gala is “The Garden of Time,” which is inspired by J.G. Ballard’s 1962 short story of the same moniker that “can be interpreted in a myriad of ways,” per the outlet.
Given the name, the heavily dissected looks will likely cite floral and environmental mood boards. This year’s hosts include Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, Chris Hemsworth, and Anna Wintour. The 2024 Met Gala, which will take place on Monday, May 6, will cut the ribbon on Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.
