A road closure is in place in Doncaster following an “industrial accident”, police said.
Emergency services were called earlier to the scene near Doncaster Fire Station on Leicester Avenue, off the main A18 Leger Way which runs past Doncaster Racecourse.
South Yorkshire Police said: “Our officers are currently on the scene assisting other emergency services. Please avoid the area while they conduct their work.”
South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service has been contacted for comment.
