Scarborough Open Air Theatre has been welcoming show-loving crowds since the 1930s when it first began staging operettas and theatre productions.
The stunning Yorkshire coast venue now plays host some of music’s biggest stars with the likes of Britney Spears, Lionel Richie, Christian Aguilera, Noel Gallagher and Nile Rodgers and CHIC among the massive stars to have played headline shows there in recent years.
This summer’s programme at the 8,000-capacity venue includes shows from the likes of The Corrs, Gary Barlow, Rag’n’Bone Man, McFly, Judas Priest, Blossoms, Yorkshire’s very own indie heroes Shed Seven, as well as American megastars The Smashing Pumpkins and Will Smith.
TK Maxx presents Scarborough Open Air Theatre 2025 is another rich and diverse programme that will bring gig goers to Yorkshire from around the world.
Promoter Julian Murray, of venue programmers Cuffe and Taylor, says: ‘Starting with The Corrs through to the legend that is Will Smith, this is going to be another sensational summer of live music at this historic venue.
‘As ever, we pride ourselves on programming shows for all tastes and we have put together another diverse line-up with something for everyone.
