Black Friday is officially one week away, but a handful of early deals are already here. So to make my holiday weekend a little more relaxing—I want to spend more time celebrating, less time searching for the best sales—I’m getting a head start while the markdowns drop left and right.

Kate Spade Outlet also just slashed prices on its already-discounted bags—they’re now up to 80 percent off—while Nordstrom Rack remains one of the best places to shop this season’s must-have shoes, including Ugg slippers for less. But I’m also eyeing this 71-percent off strapless sweater dress and this sequin-covered red top for holiday parties. I love to give (and get) cozy items, which is why I’m eyeing Ugg’s 48-percent off throw blanket, this PJ set from Victoria’s Secret, and GreenMount’s cashmere accessories. I also found deals on a Kendra Scott necklace, Nespresso’s coffee maker, and this fun candle that’s available in a number of nostalgic scents.
